Henry J. Rapp Grave Marker

Henry J. Rapp is linked to the Honor Roll list of October 5, 1918 to the name Henry J. Raph for the reason mentioned below:

          This grave marker, which is at Hackensack Cemetery, located at 289 Hackensack Avenue Hackensack, New Jersey, reveals that Henry J. Rapp served in the U.S. Army as a Private First Class during World War I with the Salvage Company and died January 27, 1966 at the age of 65.
 
Henry J. Rapp, I believe was listed on the original Honor Roll List on October 5, 1918 as
“Henry J. Raph" just above a name Fred Rapp, who could be related.  Misspellings like this are very common even today in newspapers, and seeing the first and middle entail the same would be quite a coincidence if that wasn't his name above the same name as his last Rapp.  Whether it is his name or not on the Honor Roll List, the grave marker confirms his connection to Hackensack by being buried within its borders since passing and forevermore.
